The new Marlin 33 shares its philosophy by encapsulating it in aboat format.

One only has to look at her to recognize the hallmark of the Marlin: the tubulars, high at the bow so as not to interfere with the waves, which lower at the stern to enter the water where they are needed to give maximum stability.
But looking at her displayed out of the water at the Genoa Boat Show, one cannot fail to notice the hull.
The study it required is obvious: double step for efficiency and stability, deep V and very fine rails for sailing comfort on rough seas.
Honorable mention also for the structure, made of vinylester resin with stiffening spider.
This is a dinghy with a classic layout based on the sunbed-console-transformable couch scheme, but with a strong focus on functionality and practicality.
There are no heavy, bulky fiberglass snouts in the bow, but a small structural dolphin guard houses the bollards while the winch (standard) remains under the tubular to reduce bulk.
At the stern, swim platforms wrap sideways around the engines giving ample room to access the water.

The console, which is very wide, has space to install all the additional instrumentation is deemed necessary for specific uses, for example fishing, but above all it offers considerable volume to create a small cabin, windowed to have natural lighting and ventilation, which can be equipped as the owner chooses, depending on the use he wants to make of it.
In any case, bathroom fittings are standard, as are the digitized electrical system and compass, full cushions and, most importantly, the bow thruster.
Behind the driver’s seat is the galley area, with sink and refrigerator, while in the stern a large U-shaped sofa with center table can be converted into a sundeck.
All these possibilities make Marlin 33 an extremely versatile boat, suitable for all boat owners, from those who want to spend the day with the family to fishermen engaged in multi-day outings.
